I particularly (ha ha) enjoy the self-tapping hex-head sheet metal screws that hold the particle board on. Feature request: Loosening screws could add a slight rattle to the pre-reverb signal.

(I do love reverbs, all kinds.)

I've heard that faux brushed aluminum on a plugin GUI gives them a more metallic sound.

(Perhaps adding some warm glowing tubes might help offset that though.)

You ever been in a car with plastic panels that appear to be wood? The plastic fake wood? They're installed by the manufacturers to enhance the sound treatment inside the car. Makes everything warmer and soothing.
